1. Who we are

ManifestGo (the "Seller", "we", "us") is the trading name of an independent sole-trader business operated by R. Taimur. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, the operator named below acts as data controller of the personal data described in this notice. Contact: support@manifestgo.app.

1. What we collect

• Account data: email, name, and avatar from email signup or Google sign-in.
• Project data: prompts you submit, generated files, and conversation history.
• Usage data: credits consumed, AI tokens used, timestamps.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, and basic analytics needed to run the service.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service (generate extensions, run your dashboard, bill you), to prevent abuse, to debug issues, and to improve product quality.

Legal basis for processing

• Contract: account, project, and billing data are processed to perform the contract you enter into when you sign up and purchase credits.
• Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, debugging, and product improvement.
• Legal obligation: tax, accounting, and responses to lawful requests.
• Consent: optional marketing communications, where applicable.

3. Sub-processors

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Anthropic — AI model used to generate extensions. Prompts and project context are sent to Anthropic to produce responses.
• Paddle.com Market Ltd — our payments provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes all orders, takes payment, handles billing, calculates and remits sales tax/VAT, issues invoices, and manages refunds. When you check out, Paddle receives the personal and payment data necessary to complete and support your transaction. See Paddle's privacy policy.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the sub-processors above to provide the Service, or when required by law.

5. Retention

Account, project, and usage data are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Contact support@manifestgo.app.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. No service is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

8. Children

ManifestGo is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
