Terms of Service

1. Agreement

ManifestGo (the "Service", "Seller", "we", "us") is an independent sole-trader business. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The legal operator behind ManifestGo is named at the bottom of this page.

2. The service

ManifestGo is an AI-powered Chrome extension builder. You provide a natural-language prompt and the Service generates source code and assets you can download. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and complying with Chrome Web Store policies before publishing any generated extension.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) generate malware, surveillanceware, or extensions that violate user privacy or applicable law; (b) reverse engineer the Service; (c) abuse the credit system or attempt to bypass usage limits; (d) infringe third-party rights.

5. Payments and credits

Paid plans are sold in $15 top-ups for 300 AI credits each. Unused credits roll over for up to 3 months from the date of grant; after 3 months any unused balance resets to 0. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle will appear on your bank or card statement for any charge related to the Service. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

6. Ownership

You own the source code generated for your projects. ManifestGo retains all rights in the Service itself, including its software, branding, and underlying models. You grant us a limited licence to process your prompts and generated outputs as necessary to provide the Service.

7. AI output

AI outputs may contain errors, insecure patterns, or content that violates third-party rights. The Service is provided "as is" — you are solely responsible for reviewing generated code before use or distribution.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManifestGo's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to ManifestGo in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
