7-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund within 7 days of a top-up purchase, provided no credits from that top-up have been used. Once any credits from a top-up have been spent, that top-up is non-refundable, because AI usage incurs real per-request server and model costs that ManifestGo has already paid.
How to request a refund
Email support@manifestgo.app from the email address on your account, within 7 days of purchase. Include your order ID or the date of payment. We typically respond within 2 business days.
What is not refundable
- Top-ups where any credits have been used.
- Top-ups purchased more than 7 days before the refund request.
- Credits lost to the 3-month rollover expiry (see Pricing).
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we resolve almost every issue directly and quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
