14-day money-back guarantee

You can request a refund within 14 days of a purchase. ManifestGo is an independent sole-trader business. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

Where credits from the purchase have already been consumed, we may issue a partial refund for the unused portion, since AI usage incurs real per-request server and model costs we have already paid. We review every request in good faith and aim to resolve issues fairly.

How to request a refund

You can request a refund directly through Paddle at paddle.net using the email address on your order, or by emailing support@manifestgo.app within 14 days of purchase. Include your order ID or the date of payment. We typically respond within 2 business days.

Exclusions

  • Purchases made more than 14 days before the refund request.
  • Credits lost to the 3-month rollover expiry (see Pricing).
  • Requests made in connection with fraud, chargeback abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we resolve almost every issue directly and quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
